Casa de Vinos proudly presents Whisky Abbey 2026 — returning on November 14th and 15th at The Timber Yard, Melbourne.

Recognised as one of Australia’s premier whisky festivals, Whisky Abbey brings together an extraordinary line-up of local and international distilleries, world-renowned independent bottlers, and some of the most respected names in the global whisky industry — all in one place, across one unforgettable weekend.

Over two days, guests will have the opportunity to taste hundreds of whiskies from Scotland, Japan, Australia, the United States and beyond. From iconic distilleries and cult producers to rare limited releases and collector expressions, Whisky Abbey offers direct access to bottles you won’t often see poured side by side.

Each year we welcome international guests and brand ambassadors, giving attendees the chance to meet the people behind the whisky — hear their stories, ask questions, and taste through their portfolios firsthand.

In addition to the main tasting hall, exclusive masterclasses will run throughout the weekend, offering deeper insight into specific distilleries, styles, regions, and rare releases. These intimate sessions are hosted by industry experts and visiting producers, and regularly sell out.

Whisky Abbey is built for genuine whisky enthusiasts — those who appreciate quality, craftsmanship, and conversation as much as the liquid in the glass. All tastings are served in proper glassware, with fair and transparent pricing, and bottles will be available for purchase directly from exhibitors.
